Terms and Conditions

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all orders placed through the diiszwii KlG online shop and the resulting contracts. The version of the T&Cs valid at the time of the order is binding and cannot be subsequently amended for that order.

Offer Conditions

The offer of diiszwii KlG is available to both natural and legal persons worldwide. Deliveries are made globally, and additional charges may apply for international shipments. The offer remains valid as long as products are visible in the online shop and while stocks last. Changes to prices and assortment are reserved at any time. Product images and related information shown in the online shop are illustrative only and not binding. The information on the product packaging is always authoritative.

Pricing

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF). The price at the time of the order is authoritative. Additional costs such as delivery fees are shown separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice.

Reminder Fees and Default Interest

In the event of late payment, the following fees apply: CHF 20 for a statement of account and CHF 40 for the final reminder. The statutory default interest rate is 5% per year, unless otherwise agreed.

Order Process

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place orders. diiszwii KlG reserves the right to restrict the availability of certain products and to decline orders due to exceptional sizes or weights. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. There is no minimum order value. An order confirmation is sent immediately by email. diiszwii KlG reserves the right to decline orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. In such cases, the customer will be notified and any payments already made will be refunded.

Contract Formation

A purchase contract is only concluded upon explicit confirmation of the order by diiszwii KlG.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery times vary and can be viewed in the online shop. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. The customer assumes responsibility for received products, even if not personally accepted. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination and are visible in the shopping cart and on the invoice.

Right of Withdrawal

There is no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law. Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered goods.

Warranty and Liability

diiszwii KlG guarantees the quality and shelf life of products provided that storage instructions are followed. Visible defects or damage upon delivery must be reported immediately to the carrier with a damage confirmation obtained. Hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. diiszwii KlG may fulfil the warranty through replacement delivery, credit note, or price reduction. Taste-related quality defects subject to subjective assessment are excluded from the warranty.

Allergens and Ingredients

Detailed information on ingredients and allergens can be found on the respective product packaging. diiszwii KlG accepts no liability for intolerances if the instructions on the packaging have been followed.

Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these T&Cs is Schlieren, Canton of Zurich.
