Return and Withdrawal Policy
No Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As our products are fresh, handmade food items, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for perishable goods under Swiss law. Returns are excluded for products that, due to their nature, are no longer suitable for return after delivery.
Voluntary Return Policy
As a goodwill gesture, we accept returns of unopened and originally packaged items within 14 days of receipt. Opened or damaged goods cannot be accepted for return.
Requesting a Return

Unannounced returns will not be accepted. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with all necessary instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us straight away at info@diiszwii.ch. We will assess the situation and find a swift solution.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods and fresh food products
- Personalised items or custom orders
- Products with an expired best-before date
- Sale items or products purchased as part of a promotion
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it under the conditions outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you within 5 business days regarding the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account.
