Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options – Switzerland
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order:
- B-Post: from CHF 8.50 – delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch
- A-Post: from CHF 10.50 – delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch
Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed in your shopping cart.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. For international orders, additional shipping costs, customs fees, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Exact costs will be displayed in the shopping cart.
Packaging
Our products are carefully and food-safely packaged to ensure perfect quality upon delivery.
Delivery Delays
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes), delivery delays may occur. We will inform you as early as possible in such cases.
